FAQ
How long does approval take?
Once you’ve submitted your application, our team reviews your portfolio to ensure it aligns with the Saint Remy aesthetic and quality standards. This process usually takes between 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email as soon as your application is approved or if additional details are required.
Can I sell elsewhere?
While you’re part of the Saint Remy Creators Program, all submitted works are exclusive to Saint Remy for print sales. This ensures consistency in presentation and quality across our platform. However, you are free to use your work digitally, such as on your portfolio, social media, or in exhibitions. As long as it’s not sold as a print elsewhere.
How are commissions calculated?
Creators receive a fixed % commission on the net retail price of every sold print (excluding VAT, shipping, and discounts). Commissions are tracked in detail and summarized in a monthly sales report so you always have a clear view of your performance and earnings.
When do payouts happen?
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out within 30 days after the end of each month. Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal, depending on your preference. You’ll also receive a transparent monthly statement summarizing all your sales and commissions.
Who owns the rights?
You always retain full ownership and copyright of your work. By joining the program, you grant Saint Remy the right to sell, market, and distribute your selected pieces for as long as you participate in the program. We also reserve the non-exclusive right to use your work in marketing and promotional materials, such as social media, newsletters, and paid campaigns — always with respect to your authorship.
