Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. general

We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any other condition which would reasonably suggest that it has been used or worn will not be eligible for a refund. it You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@saintremy.store. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. When returning your package, be sure to prepay or select the “customs fees payable by the sender” option. Otherwise, your return will be automatically returned to you. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

3. exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item we advise you to first request a return with the reason that you would like an exchange. Please be noted that your return has to be in the same condition that you received it. If the return has been accepted, we invite you to submit a new order for the product you desire.

4. orders shipped outside of europe

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped outside Europe, you don't have the right to return your order. 

5. refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
